In other situations, as a salesman in a clothing store, you must stick to your work hours – just like in real life. After all, “RP” comes from “roleplay”, which means “to interpret”, “to act”. With this in mind we have created a tutorial on how to play GTA RP on the PC.

Attention: because they are made with mod, without any official support from Rockstar or consoles, the servers of GTA RP only run on PCs.
1- Download FiveM on the official site of the program
The most popular RP servers use the FiveM mod, a program that allows the creation of servers in a more simplified way – but still requires technical knowledge of programming;

2- Installing FiveM
Click on the downloaded application and it will start the installation;
3- Checking GTA V
FiveM will ask you to select the executable file of GTA V. Go to the folder and select GTA V. This step is mandatory for FiveM to confirm that you have the game and will run the servers;
4- Rockstar Launcher and Files Update
Chosen the executable file, FiveM will ask for authorization to update your files. Accept the update, it will download the mod files that allow the use of GTA V as the basis of the RP servers.

During verification, the Rockstar Games launcher may display an error message claiming that you do not have administrator rights. If this happens, you will have to open the launcher and wait for FiveM to complete the scan – this may take a while;

1- Login to FiveM
After the verification is completed, FiveM will open and ask you to create your account. If you created the account on the site, before installation, you can login by verifying it through your browser;

2- Search for a server
Login done, it is time to search for a server. In the upper left corner of the screen is the “Play” button. By clicking on the button, you will be taken to the server search screen. FiveM will show you a list of active servers. However, some of the more popular ones may require registration.
