While the upkeep may sound like a lot, fans and content creators looking for a steady server are always willing to pay for the premium experience.
Who’s the owner of NoPixel?
Koil is the owner and lead developer of NoPixel as well as a long-time roleplayer. He is well known for his range of characters, helping to maintain the balance of citizens in the server. He’s also known for his weird sense of humor.

Kael Soze

Kael Soze is a High Command Trooper for the San Andreas State Police, Badge #201. He works alongside Chief of SASP Tony Andrews, Chief of Police Sam Baas, Sheriff Kyle Pred and Sheriff Domenic Toretti to lead the Unified Police Department in the city of Los Santos.
Soze is quite simply the best shooter, driver, negotiator, leader, lover, and just the best police officer on the entire force. He can often be seen patrolling with fellow Trooper Tony Andrews; while repeating how virile he is fornicating with both Andrews’ wife, Torah Andrews, and his mother.
Physical Appearance
It used to be thought that Soze was a 42 -year-old caucasian male with blond hair and usually some sort of facial hair. He is actually a 42 year old black male who has been wearing face paint and wigs this entire time.
Soze has been known to rock multiple different hairstyles, including a simple buzz cut, a long “surfer” haircut, and a haircut with large amounts of hair missing. He also sports multiple different styles of facial hair, including a simple, short cut mustache, a longer handlebar styled mustache, and a full beard.
Francis J Francer

Francis J Francer was a Deputy for the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office, Badge #369 but has since been fired due to his disruptive nature and tendency to commit crimes.
Francis can often be seen around members of Chang Gang, who help him to escape sticky situations with the cops and encourage Francis’ sbs nature. Since becoming a full member of CG, Francis has aided them in robberies, gang wars and other heists, his specialty being getaway driving. He is also a real-estate agent and sells houses to people in the city.

Otto Delmar

Otto Delmar is Head of security at the Diamond Casino as well as a shareholder in the business along with Dean Watson. He is an insane drug addict (mainly cocaine) and speaks with a strong and heavy Australian accent. He is extremely sociopathic, and is not afraid to use anything to achieve his goals. He is responsible for the funnel to bring cocaine into the city.

Diamond Hand Credit
Diamond hand Credit (named by Joe Caine) is Otto’s loan company that is run out of the casino. The business works in quick loans with high interest rates. They usually only do $20,000 or less and will help criminals with their credit score so they can get large loans from Fast Loans; However, recently they have been giving out $200,000+ car loans to friends due to Fast Loans policy of felons. Otto’s goal is to save up so the company can start doing cash in hand loans and avoid the state completely however that is proving difficult as the company currently owes the state 3 million.
Racing
Otto was introduced to racing by Cheddar and pulled deeper after a meeting between the casino and Eddie Marshall, where they talked about hosting illegal betting at the casino and where Otto learnt about dongles. Otto entered the racing scene under the alias TonyAndrews (named after the State Trooper Tony Andrews) and was almost shot at his first race because of the name. After a few stolen car races Otto brought the Dominator gtx however later ‘traded it in’ for an Elegy.
