We could not confirm whether this server is open or whitelisted, and we would rather say so than guess. Here is exactly what we found.

What we found

NOT VERIFIED, evidence conflicts, so this should not be published as either open or whitelisted without a direct check of the server's Discord.

What the live server config shows (Cfx API, 421-resource manifest): there is NO whitelist, application, or approval resource. Access-related resources are `connectqueue` (a connect queue) and `cylex_multicharv3` (in-game multi-character creation), plus `letra-ipblacklist` for bans. `sv_enforceSteamAuth` is false. This pattern is typical of an open, queue-on-join server.

Key facts · researched

QBCore~41,200 members, ~3,100 online (Discord public invite API, July 2026). Guild name "Letra XI #BAN AFFI", vanity code "letra", Boost Tier 3 with 90 boosts. Discord
  • QBCore confirmed from the live resource manifest, not from tags alone: qb-core plus qb-policejob, qb-ambulancejob, qb-banking, qb-management, qb-prison and others (source: Cfx API single-server endpoint)
  • Heavily customised: 421 live resources, of which ~100 are in-house 'letra-*' / 'Letra_*' scripts and MLOs, built on a custom letra-core layer alongside the ox stack (ox_lib, ox_inventory, ox_target, ox_doorlock)
  • Large custom map footprint: bespoke MLOs for biker clubhouses (Lost MC, Mayans, Hells Angels-style), garages, mechanics, a fight club, a race map and a Cayo Perico loader
  • 777 player slots with OneSync enabled, game build 3258, managed via txAdmin 8.0.1
  • Discord community of ~41,200 members with ~3,100 online, Boost Tier 3 (90 boosts), vanity invite discord.gg/letra
  • Server vars name a 'Project Leader' (Sinnotes) and 'Project Majesty' (Dapichu) - self-reported staff handles published in the server's own Cfx configuration
  • Monetised through a Tebex store at letra-roleplay.tebex.io (declared in the server's own config)
  • Self-reported positioning (Discord/site copy, unverified): 'Sosyal RP'nin zirvesindeyiz' - top of social RP - with police, health and justice departments, ranks and certificates, social and donate businesses, street crews and a public wiki
  • Name advertises 'TARİHİN İLK TOPLU BAN AFFI' (history's first mass ban amnesty) - self-reported marketing; ban-amnesty promotions are also used by other Turkish servers such as Xen Roleplay, so the 'first in history' claim is not independently supported

Streamers: gonyaliadam42 (Twitch) - clip titled 'LETRA RP | Şinasi Garabindi #2': https://www.twitch.tv/gonyaliadam42/clip/TameApatheticLlamaPermaSmug-_6CIthnE96DmAalz; A Twitch VOD titled 'ESAT KARA | LETRA ROLEPLAY | BÖLÜM #22' exists (twitch.tv/videos/2124099663) but the channel behind it was not verified; 'Esat Kara' reads as an in-game character name, not a streamer handle; Official community channels rather than streamers: TikTok @letrarp, Instagram @letracommunity (~5,300 followers), and a YouTube channel (UC40080BKAwHwafzfzboASWA); No notable/large streamer could be verified as a regular; treat streamer coverage as unconfirmed

In-depth reviewA 777-slot Turkish social RP server on QBCore, rebuilt heavily in-house, with one of the larger Turkish FiveM Discords and one unresolved question about how you actually get in.Read

Letra XI is a Turkish-language GTA V roleplay server on FiveM, and the full name it currently broadcasts to the server list is "Letra XI / TARİHİN İLK TOPLU BAN AFFI", roughly "history's first mass ban amnesty". Set that aside for a moment, because the interesting part sits underneath it. The server runs QBCore, and that is not inferred from a tag: the live resource manifest lists qb-core alongside qb-policejob, qb-ambulancejob, qb-banking, qb-management and qb-prison, wrapped in the ox stack (ox_lib, ox_inventory, ox_target, ox_doorlock). It is a big install, 421 resources, roughly 112 of them in-house scripts and maps carrying a letra- prefix. It runs 777 slots on OneSync, game build 3258, managed through txAdmin 8.0.1. Snapshots across July 2026 put it between 120 and 152 concurrent players, so it is comfortably populated without being full. The "XI" points to an eleventh iteration. No dated history of the previous ten was found.

/ The build

The framework is the one thing here needing no hedge, because it was read from the running server rather than its advertising. QBCore underneath, ox on top, and then a lot of Letra's own work: about 112 of the 421 live resources carry a letra- prefix, hanging off a custom letra-core layer. That ratio is the story. Plenty of servers ship stock QBCore with a new logo on it. This one has been pulled apart and rebuilt, with in-house admin tooling, a black market and a blackmoney system sitting alongside the standard job resources.

/ Getting in

Be careful here, because the evidence conflicts and this directory will not guess. The live config contains no whitelist, application or approval resource anywhere among those 421. What it does contain is connectqueue, a plain join queue, and cylex_multicharv3 for in-game character creation. sv_enforceSteamAuth is off. That pattern normally means open access, queue on join. Against it, Turkish forum discussion refers to Letra as a whitelist server, and the site's own copy advertises an "onay sistemi" (approval system), which may only describe character approval. Treat the route as unverified. Join discord.gg/letra and read the entry channels before planning your evening around it.

/ What you will do

Letra tags itself "sosyal" and the map footprint backs that up. The custom MLO list is heavy on club and crew space: bespoke builds for Lost MC, Mayans, Hell Devils, Immortals and Hell Nomads clubhouses, plus a fight club, a race map, Benny's, garages, a car meet, a taco joint, a bar and a Cayo Perico loader. So expect biker crews, street scenes, meets, and the legal-side jobs QBCore ships (police, EMS, banking, prison). A recurring line in Turkish discussion is that Letra separates social and illegal play cleanly, but the forums block automated reads, so that stays unconfirmed.

/ The name is a promotion

That headline, "history's first mass ban amnesty", is marketing, and reads best plainly. It is the server announcing that previously banned players are being readmitted. It is self-reported, and the "first in history" part does not survive contact: other Turkish servers, Xen Roleplay among them, have run ban-amnesty promotions too. What it tells you as a player is more useful than what it claims. An amnesty means an influx, and it means some share of the current population was previously removed for something. Judge the moderation temperature yourself once you are inside.

/ What could not be checked

The official site, letraroleplay.net, sits behind a Cloudflare bot challenge and returns 403, so its feature copy could not be read directly. Same for the Tebex store at letra-roleplay.tebex.io: the server declares it in its own config, so it is monetised, but no prices were verifiable. The gtaboom tracker listing returns 404, so there is no daily or all-time peak, only live snapshots. No age requirement was found in any source, and no founding date. The Discord is large (about 41,200 members, roughly 2,800 online) and its invite drops you into a ticket channel.

"Sosyal RP'nin zirvesindeyiz" (we are at the peak of social RP), in the server's own words.

The verdict

Come here if you want Turkish-language social RP with real population and a genuinely custom build rather than reskinned QBCore, and you are content to sort out entry yourself in Discord. Skip it if you need English, if you want a documented whitelist process before installing anything, or if a server currently advertising a mass ban amnesty sounds like the wrong week to arrive.
