RIA ROLEPLAY NON-WHITELIST ★ does exactly what its name promises. There is no application, no interview, no waiting on a verdict from a staff team. You connect and you are in. It is a Turkish-language server (its config sets locale tr-TR) running QBCore, and when we queried its own live endpoint it answered on the spot: 256 resources loaded, txAdmin 8.0.1, game build 3095, 1,881 max slots, OneSync on. The live FiveM feed showed 112 players. The server pitches itself on "AİLE & ÇETE SİSTEMİ" (family and gang systems) and claims "6 YILDIR DEĞİŞMEYEN KALITE", six years of unchanged quality. That second part is marketing, and we could not confirm it. What we can confirm is the shape of the place: a big, script-heavy, low-barrier Turkish server with a lot of hands on it, built for players who want to be in a city tonight rather than next week.
/ Getting in
Open, and unusually well evidenced for it. The name carries NON-WHITELIST, the server's own config sets the tag "nonwh", and it runs sv_enforceSteamAuth=false. Across all 256 loaded resources there is no whitelist, application or vetting script. A connectqueue resource is loaded, but that is a join queue for when slots fill, not a gate. The description still advertises "BAN AFFI 05.07", a ban amnesty dated 5 July. One warning: the tracker gtaboom.com puts a "Whitelisted" badge on this server. It is wrong. The tracker's own underlying data holds no whitelist value, and the config says the opposite.
/ What you will actually do
The resource list is the honest brochure, and it is long. Police and medical are custom (ria-vanillapd, ria-vanillaems, ria-cop, tgiann-policealert) sitting alongside qb-policejob, with a courthouse script (ria-adalet) and a bodycam. The illegal side runs to weed, crafting, mining and mushroom picking. The property layer is enormous: dozens of separate mansion scripts, two real-estate resources, several dealerships and at least seven mechanic shops. Nightlife is heavily built, with the Unicorn, multiple cafés and bars, a DJ script and a pole-dance script. There is also a Turkish okey table, a paintball map and a PUBG map.
/ The six-year claim
Treat "6 YILDIR" as self-reported. The current Discord guild's snowflake decodes to 29 January 2026, which looks damning until you dig. The server's official TikTok, which links the same discord.gg/riaroleplay invite the live config uses, was posting clips in April 2022. On the FivemTürk forum, a thread named Ria Roleplay was opened on 23 January 2020 by a user writing that they had opened that day, and a staff-recruitment thread ran under the name in 2022. So the brand is genuinely old. But those 2020 threads point at different Discord invites, and a rival thread announces a Ria Roleplay opening that April. We are not stating a founding date.
/ Who runs it, and who gets paid
The config credits its developer as "endzyy" and links a script shop at discord.gg/endscripts (END SCRIPTS, roughly 1,750 members), so the operator also resells server bases. That is common in the Turkish scene and it cuts both ways: the city is well tooled, but the people building it also run a storefront. Money comes through a Tebex store at ria-roleplay.tebex.io, linked from the server's own config. We could not read it, as Cloudflare returned 403, so what is sold and at what price is unknown. If you care whether the shop touches gameplay, ask in the Discord first.
/ One honest caveat
Two things to weigh. Popularity data is thin: gtaboom last saw the server on 29 May, so its recorded peak of 406 and daily average of 149 are historical, not current, and the FiveM frontend API returns 404 for this ID. The live count worth trusting is 112. There is no streamer scene to speak of. The official TikTok has 24 followers and four videos, and the only outside coverage we found is a single Turkish YouTube review. Separately, the FivemTürk thread carries scattered posts from 2023 to 2025 complaining about admin conduct. They are anonymous and unverifiable, but there is more than one.

Come here if you want a Turkish city with a door that is genuinely open, deep property and gang systems, and nothing standing between you and tonight. Skip it if you need verified history, an English-speaking scene, streamer culture, or the reassurance of a vetted playerbase. Read the Discord rules before you invest. The scripting is real. The claims are not all checkable.
