What it is

• Legacy Rollespill's rules page (/regelverk) is served live from the staff portal: the client fetches https://portal.staff.legacyrp.no/api/pages/regelverk with cache "no-store", takes the block of type "text", and renders its HTML as sections.

  That endpoint returns JSON with title "Regelverk", slug "regelverk", and a single text block whose content is about 29.3 KB (the 29.8 KB figure is the size of the full JSON response, not the block). The public bundle still carries an older hardcoded rules copy reading "Hønefossbanken: 72 timer", which the live portal version has replaced with "Lillestrøm, Hamar og Jessheimbanken : 72 timer"; that hardcoded copy is stranded legacy code and is not used as a fallback. Dersom søknaden godkjennes, vil involverte parter få føringer for hvordan konflikten skal håndteres...   § 7.4 Regler under gjengkrig: "Etter at en person er downet i krig, må vedkommende være minst 2 timer ingame før vedkommende kan delta i konflikten igjen. We looked for these and came up empty. Listing them is the honest thing to do: a missing section above means we could not verify it, not that it does not exist.
