When we checked the Cfx API on 15 July 2026, 1,433 players were connected against a 2,048 slot cap, with a snapshot the day before showing 1,580. The Discord sits at roughly 406,000 members. The server runs vRP with 103 resources, OneSync and a queue, and everything on the listing is in Brazilian Portuguese. The pitch, taken from the server's own description, is blunt: enter and win a car, factions and orgs are free, and it claims to be the most optimised in Brazil. That last part is marketing, not a measurement. What is verifiable is the shape of the place: open entry, organisation warfare, recurring wipes advertised in the server's own name, and a population large enough that the city is never quiet. Whether that is a feature or a warning depends entirely on what you want from an evening.

A few things we could not pin down, and will not guess at. The store at loja.cidadenobre.com sits behind bot protection, so we cannot quote prices. Monetisation is real and visible in the resource list (tebex-nobre, tebex-nobre2 and vipvehicle), but whether paid vehicles tilt the balance is not something we can verify from outside. The link to studio SantaGroup is genuine, and its site lists Cidade Nobre among its cities, though it frames the relationship as consulting rather than ownership. No age requirement appears anywhere. No notable streamer could be tied to the server.
