Likewise, recently, a renowned journalist with sources at Rockstar Games brought new information about Grand Theft Auto 6, stating that the RAGE Engine in this game will be “ahead of its tempo”.
RAGE Engine has been in virtually every Rockstar Games game since 2006, except for a few console remasters and the latest GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition, in which the resource-saving producer used Unreal Engine 4.
The Rockstar Mag journalist even let out a straw stating that “Traveling through the air and water promises to be hectic sometimes…” proving that weather events will affect the gameplay of GTA VI.
In short, Grand Theft Auto 6 is in production at Rockstar Games and is expected to be announced for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X and Windows PC.
