Route in: 1) Own a legitimate copy of GTA V, 2) pick the server, 3) "Hacer Whitelist si es necesario" (the three steps stated on dovux.gg. 2) Take the test at https://dovux.gg/whitelist ("Rendir Prueba de Whitelist en Servidores Dovux Games"). The page is gated behind a Discord authorization prompt, so a linked Discord account is required to sit the test.
