The official site's "Einstieg in 4 Schritten" is: (1) own a legal copy of GTA V, (2) install the FiveM client, (3) search "Corleone City" in the FiveM server list and connect, (4) create a character. The word "Whitelist" appears zero times in the 266-rule official Regelwerk (v7.1, last changed 08.02.2026). No whitelist/allowlist resource exists in the server's 468-resource list.
