Route: join Discord (discord.gg/narcocity), read the Regelwerk at narcocity.de/regelwerk, then pass the "Whitelist-Verfahren" the rulebook explicitly references ("Da wir uns Zeit für das Whitelist-Verfahren nehmen bitten wir euch um eure Geduld"). Per a third-party German guide (supasomsak.de), the process runs as a live Discord voice session: whitelist times are posted in Discord and are not continuous (that guide reports roughly 16:00–22:00 daily), you wait in a "Whitelist" channel, and a supporter joins and asks questions on server and roleplay rules, i.e. an interview, not a written form. (One aggregator, five-rp.de, instead describes a short application form; the two conflict and the form claim is uncorroborated.) Age gate: the Regelwerk states an "empfohlenes Mindestalter von 18 Jahren" (framed as a guideline, with actual admission decided on maturity ("Geistige Reife"), voice, and microphone quality; the live server description states "ab 18 Jahren". Entry itself is then played in character ("IC Einreise", currently advertised as "Einreise geöffnet"): the Regelwerk regulates what you may wear during the Einreise (normal clothing; bulletproof vests/helmets not permitted), confirming it is an arrival scene rather than a menu action. Voice chat is mandatory (§4.4 "Sprachchat ist auf unserem Server Pflicht") via TeamSpeak/SaltyChat. No vouch system was found.
