Per the official wiki, the exact route is: (1) install GTA V, (2) install FiveM, (3) "Search 'CMG' in the server browser and press connect and you'll be presented with a verification code", (4) "Verify by typing !verify [verification_code] in #verify on our discord", (5) "You'll now have access to the full Discord & CMG in-game." No written application, no interview, no vouch system, and no age gate was found anywhere in the wiki, the FiveM rules, or the website. First-time players must complete an in-game tutorial (press [E]) before playing. SEPARATELY, whitelists do exist INSIDE the server for factions, not for entry: MET PD, NHS, HMP, LFB and UKBF are whitelisted and must be applied to after the tutorial; the rules reference "Whitelist Abuse" (rule 3.1) and prohibit impersonating whitelisted factions (rule 2.4). RP-focused gangs are also noted as having whitelisted rules. The specific faction application form/steps and any faction age minimum were not found.
